Rehabilitation of atrophic jaws without bone grafting and the all-on-four technique: an integrative review

This article presents an integrative review that aimed to analyze and synthesize the available scientific literature on rehabilitation of atrophic jaws without need for bone grafting, using All-on-Four technique. Searches were performed in databases selected studies published between 2018 2023. The included clinical studies, meta-analyses, systematic reviews addressed technique jaws. analyzed their objectives, methodology, results. results indicated is effective approach jaws, presenting, most cases, a protocol pathway dispenses with extensive grafting. identified limitations such as lack standardization patient selection techniques used, limited number long-term studies.
